Terms
Last updated: 6 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between you and Moose Ltd when you use MooseDoList. They're short on purpose. By using MooseDoList, you agree to them.
The service
MooseDoList is a personal to-do list. We'll keep improving it, which means features may change, and we may stop offering it altogether. If we ever shut it down, we'll give you reasonable notice where we can.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account, and you're responsible for what happens under yours, so keep it secure. If you turn on passkey protection, keep your recovery code somewhere safe: without a passkey or that code, nobody can recover your task names, including us.
Your content
What you put in MooseDoList is yours. You give us permission to store it, process it and show it back to you, only so we can run the service for you. We don't claim any ownership of it. How we handle it is set out in the Privacy notice.
Using it fairly
Please don't:
- use MooseDoList for anything illegal, or to store or spread anything harmful, such as malware;
- try to get into other people's accounts or data, or into our systems;
- overload, disrupt, scrape or probe the service, or get round its security or limits.
We may suspend or close an account that does.
Stopping
You can stop using MooseDoList at any time. To remove everything, delete your account from Profile in the app. It's immediate and permanent.
No warranty
MooseDoList is provided as it is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available, free of errors, or that nothing will ever be lost. Keep your own copy of anything important.
Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, Moose Ltd isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, profits or time, arising from your use of MooseDoList. Our total liability to you is limited to what you've paid us for MooseDoList in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using MooseDoList after a change, you accept the new terms.
